Welcome to our $79* Office Cleaning Service. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Pricing

The office cleaning service starts at $79*. The final price may vary depending on the size of the office, level of cleaning required, and additional services requested.

2. Service Availability

Our services are available Monday through Friday. Weekend or extra cleaning requests may incur additional fees.

3. Minimum Charge

A minimum charge of $79* applies for certain cleaning services or office sizes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are outlined in the invoice.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late changes may incur a cancellation fee.

6. Access to Premises

Clients must provide access to the premises. If access is not provided, rescheduling fees may apply. We prefer to have keys, fobs, or swipe cards for access.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for personal property damage unless caused by our staff. Please secure valuables before cleaning.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, contact us within 24 hours for a follow-up.

9. Additional Services

Extra services such as steam carpet cleaning, window washing, or deep cleaning may incur extra charges.
